En el reverso, la carta está traducida al español. Figuran dos sellos del sultán y firma de Amirul Quiram. Según nota, la carta fue encontrada el 24 de mayo de 1887, día en que murió Paulimang [Panglima] Sayari [jefe de la isla de Tapul] defendiendo la cota que después de cuatro horas tomó el coronel Arolas, gobernador de Joló.
